In addition to the two Bjuvstorps teams, 36 other teams played in Herr Junior 17-19 Öppen (Födda 2005-2007). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Bjuvstorps FF Röd could be found in Group 1 together with Loppans Lärljungar , FC Brunk , Länekärr BK , FC Chef , Bonanza FC , FC Lallish , Janstorps AIF and The Frauds FC .

Bjuvstorps FF Röd continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against MARRE BK with 0-3. In the Final, FC Chef won over Östergårds IF and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Herr Junior 17-19 Öppen (Födda 2005-2007).
