In addition to Åhus IF, 12 other teams played in Flickor 15 (Födda 2009). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Åhus IF could be found in Group 2 together with IFK Knislinge , Listerby IK , Lyckå FF , Veberöds AIF , Vollsjö AIF and Österslövs IS .

Åhus IF made it to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Lyckå FF with 1-2. Thereby Åhus IF finished second in F15 A-Slutspel during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2024.
