In addition to the two Mjällby AIF teams, 16 other teams played in Pojkar 13 (Födda 2011). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Mjällby AIF Lister Academy could be found in Group 2 together with Tomelilla IF , Hällaryds IF , Åhus Horna BK , Veberöds AIF , Rydsgårds AIF , VMA IK , Askeröds IF and Näsby IF .

Mjällby AIF Lister Academy continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Hällaryds IF with 1-2. In the Final, Brösarps IF won over Hällaryds IF and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Pojkar 13 (Födda 2011).
