Önnestad BoIF was one of 270 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2024. They participated with 7 teams in Pojkar 12 (Födda 2012), Pojkar 14 (Födda 2010), Flickor 10 (Födda 2014), Flickor 12 (Födda 2012), Lilla Beachcupen 6år and Lilla Beachcupen 7år respectively. The team in Pojkar 14 (Födda 2010) made it to the the Final in B-Slutspel, but lost it against Lövestads IF 1 LEV 06 Grå by 1-2.
In addition to this, Önnestad BoIF have participated in Åhus Beach Fotboll before. During Åhus Beach Fotboll 2023, Önnestad BoIF had three teams playing in Pojkar 11 (Födda 2012), Flickor 10 (Födda 2013) and Flickor 11 (Födda 2012) respectively. Önnestad BoIF comes from ÖNNESTAD which lies approximately 23 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place. The area around ÖNNESTAD does also provide 118 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2024 (Among others: oTippat, Vinnö IF/Önnestad BoIF, Winnö Beachies, Prizze FC, Yngsjö Fisk & Asfalt, Henkes Pågar, Oves brunk pågar, Pleps Mannar, Näsby IF and Yngsjö IF).
