VMA IK was one of 270 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2024. They participated with 11 teams in 9 out of Åhus Beach Fotbolls all 27 categories. The team in Pojkar 13 (Födda 2011) made it to the the 1/4 Final in B-Slutspel, but lost it against Mjällby AIF svart by 1-4.
In addition to this, VMA IK have participated in Åhus Beach Fotboll before. During Åhus Beach Fotboll 2023, VMA had 7 teams playing in Pojkar 8 (Födda 2015), Pojkar 9 (Födda 2014), Pojkar 10 (Födda 2013), Pojkar 13 (Födda 2010), Flickor 10 (Födda 2013) and Flickor 11 (Födda 2012) respectively. The team in Pojkar 13 (Födda 2010) made it to the the Final in C-Slutspeland won it over Hässleholms IF Svart by 3-2. VMA comes from ARKELSTORP which lies approximately 28 km from Åhus, where Åhus Beach Fotboll takes place. The area around ARKELSTORP does also provide 116 additional clubs participating during Åhus Beach Fotboll 2024 (Among others: oTippat, Vinnö IF/Önnestad BoIF, IFK Karlshamn, Swexit FC, Winnö Beachies, Prizze FC, Yngsjö Fisk & Asfalt, Henkes Pågar, Oves brunk pågar and Fireball).
