In addition to Spjutstorps IF, 17 other teams played in Flickor 13 (Födda 2011). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Spjutstorps IF could be found in Group 2 together with Åhus IF 1, Harlösa IF 2, Kiviks Aif/Sankt Olofs IF , Hörby FF , Wä IF 1, Sjöbo IF , Ramdala IF and DFK Hasko .

Spjutstorps IF continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 2:nd place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Sjöbo IF with 0-2. In the Final, Åhus IF 1 won over Sjöbo IF and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Flickor 13 (Födda 2011).
