In addition to the two Sjöbo teams, 18 other teams played in Flickor 14 (Födda 2010). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Sjöbo IF could be found in Group 1 together with Genarps IF , Vetlanda United IF 2, Svedala IF 1, Janstorps AIF , Vetlanda United IF 1, Åhus IF 2, Kristianstads DFF 2, Lönsboda GoIF and Kristianstads DFF 1.

Sjöbo IF continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 6:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Kristianstads DFF 3 with 0-2. In the Final, Ystads IF FF won over Åhus IF 1 and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 14 (Födda 2010).
