In addition to Åhus IF, 13 other teams played in Dam Junior 17-19 Öppen (Födda 2005-2007). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Åhus IF could be found in Group 2 together with Simpan Citys Pinglor , Fireball , FC Goal Diggers , Sjöbo IF 2, grus i dojjan FF and FC Eliterna .

Åhus IF continued to A-Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group 2. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against FC Goal Diggers with 1-3. In the Final, FC Goal Diggers won over FC Eliterna and became the winner of A-Slutspel in Dam Junior 17-19 Öppen (Födda 2005-2007).
