In addition to IFK Knislinge, 17 other teams played in Flickor 13 (Födda 2011). They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof IFK Knislinge could be found in Group 1 together with DFK Hasko , Jämjö GoIF , Wä IF 2, Åhus IF 2, Hörby FF , Lunds FF , Saxemara IF and Harlösa IF 1.

IFK Knislinge continued to B-Slutspel after reaching 5:th place in Group 1. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Ramdala IF with 1-2. In the Final, Hörby FF won over Ramdala IF and became the winner of B-Slutspel in Flickor 13 (Födda 2011).
