Bromma KFUM was one of 26 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Selected TEAM Cup September 2016. They participated with one team in Pojkar/Boys 04.

In addition to Bromma KFUM, 7 other teams played in Pojkar/Boys 04. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Bromma KFUM P04 could be found in Group A together with Jakobsbergs IBF, Västerås IBS Ungdom and Storvreta Ibk P04.

Bromma KFUM P04 continued to Slutspel after reaching 4:th place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Final, but lost it against Jakobsbergs IBF with 2-3. In the Final, Jakobsbergs IBF won over Bromma KFUM P04 and became the winner of Slutspel in Pojkar/Boys 04.

Bromma KFUM comes from Bromma which lies approximately 250 km from Karlstad, where Selected TEAM Cup September takes place. The area around Bromma does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Selected TEAM Cup September 2016 (Bele Barkarby IF, Värmdö IF, Västerhaninge IBK, Vendelsö, Åkersberga IBF, Nykvarns IF, Huddinge, Rotebro IS IBK, Ingarö IF and Jakobsbergs IBF).
