In addition to Onsala IBK, 15 other teams played in Flickor 99/98. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Onsala IBK could be found in Group D together with Häljarps SK, Skövde IBF and Sjöstads IF.

Onsala IBK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Fröjereds IF with 1-7. In the Final, Fröjereds IF won over Skövde IBF and became the winner of Slutspel B in Flickor 99/98.

Onsala IBK also participated in Flickor 97/98 during Warbergsspelen 2014. They reached the final in Slutspel B, but lost it against Häljarps SK with 2-5 and ended up in second place.
