In addition to IBF Göteborg, 13 other teams played in Pojkar 99. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof IBF Göteborg could be found in Group C together with Herrestads AIF, Tvååkers IBK and Lindås Waves IBK 1.

IBF Göteborg continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Lindås Waves IBK 2 with 2-4. In the Final, Rydboholms SK won over Herrestads AIF and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 99.
