In addition to Växjö IBK Vipers, 16 other teams played in Pojkar 00. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Växjö IBK Vipers could be found in Group A together with Warberg IBF 1, SST Net Landskrona IBK, GS 86 AIF 2 and Mölndals IBF.

Växjö IBK Vipers continued to Slutspel B after reaching 5:th place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Carlskrona IF with 2-4. In the Final, Fristad GoIF won over Carlskrona IF and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 00.
