Sjöstad IF was one of 103 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2015. They participated with one team in Flickor 01.

In addition to Sjöstad IF, 11 other teams played in Flickor 01. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Sjöstad IF could be found in Group C together with Warberg IBF, Stenungsund IBK and FBC ENGELHOLM.

Sjöstad IF made it to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group C. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against FBC ENGELHOLM with 3-4. Thereby Sjöstad IF finished second in F01 Slutspel B during Warbergsspelen 2015.

Sjöstad comes from karlstad which lies approximately 260 km from Varberg, where Warbergsspelen takes place. The area around karlstad does also provide three additional clubs participating during Warbergsspelen 2015 (BKI Sunnanå, GS 86 AIF and Sjöstads IF).
