In addition to Skövde IBF, 35 other teams played in Pojkar 03. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Skövde IBF could be found in Group B together with Warberg IBF 3, Nybro ibk and IK Zenith 1.

Skövde IBF made it to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group B. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against IK Zenith 2 with 0-1. Thereby Skövde IBF finished second in P03 Slutspel B during Warbergsspelen 2016.
