Ibk Elfhög was one of 118 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2016. They participated with one team in Pojkar 03.

In addition to Ibk Elfhög, 35 other teams played in Pojkar 03. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Ibk Elfhög could be found in Group A together with Öckerö IBK, Särö seahawks 2 and Sandareds IBS.

Ibk Elfhög continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Skövde IBF with 0-6. In the Final, IK Zenith 2 won over Skövde IBF and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 03.

Ibk Elfhög comes from Trollhättan which lies approximately 130 km from Varberg, where Warbergsspelen takes place. The area around Trollhättan does also provide four additional clubs participating during Warbergsspelen 2016 (Herrestads AIF, IBK Vänersborg, Orust IBK and Stenungsunds IBK).
