In addition to Kustens IF, 18 other teams played in Pojkar 01. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Kustens IF could be found in Group A together with IBK Alingsås, SST NET Landskrona IBK and IBF Norrköping.

Kustens IF continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Vinbergs IBS with 2-4. In the Final, Lindome IBK won over Warberg IBF 2 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 01.

Kustens IF also participated in Pojkar 01 during Warbergsspelen 2015. They reached the 1/4 Final in P01 Slutspel A, but lost it against Mullsjö AIS with 0-2.
