In addition to the two Onsala IBK teams, 8 other teams played in Flickor 03. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Onsala IBK 2 could be found in Group B together with Åstorp/Kvidinge IBS, Fröjereds IF, Landvetter IBK and Warberg IBF 2.

Onsala IBK 2 made it to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group B. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Warberg IBF 2, which they won with 3-1. Thereby Onsala IBK 2 won the entire Slutspel B in Flickor 03 during Warbergsspelen 2016.
