In addition to the two Bjärreds IBK teams, 34 other teams played in Pojkar 03. They were divided into 9 different groups, whereof Bjärreds IBK 2 could be found in Group I together with Särö seahawks 1, Floda IBK and Halmstad IBK City.

Bjärreds IBK 2 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group I. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Skövde IBF with 3-4. In the Final, IK Zenith 2 won over Skövde IBF and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 03.
