IK Zenith was one of 109 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2017. They participated with four teams in Pojkar 06 and Pojkar 04 respectively. The team in Pojkar 04 made it to the the Semi final in Slutspel A, but lost it against IBK Alingsås by 0-3.

In addition to this, IK Zenith have participated in Warbergsspelen before. During Warbergsspelen 2016, Zenith had 7 teams playing in Pojkar 06, Pojkar 04, Pojkar 03 and Pojkar 00 respectively. The team in Pojkar 03 made it to the the Final in Slutspel Band won it over Skövde IBF by 1-0.

Zenith comes from Torslanda which lies approximately 76 km from Varberg, where Warbergsspelen takes place. The area around Torslanda does also provide 29 additional clubs participating during Warbergsspelen 2017 (Among others: Utbynäs SK, IBF Backadalen, IBF Göteborg, Hisingskärra IBK, Landvetter IBK, Partille IBS (Wizards) F06/F07, Landvetter Wings, Varla IBK, Fjärås, IBF Älvstranden and FBC Vinga (Tidigare IF Marin Väst)).
