Fröjereds IF was one of 109 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2017. They participated with one team in Flickor 04.

In addition to Fröjereds IF, 12 other teams played in Flickor 04. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Fröjereds IF could be found in Group A together with Warberg IBF 2, Häljarps SK, FBC Lerum and Bua IF.

Fröjereds IF continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Träslövsläge IF with 1-3. In the Final, Warberg IBF 1 won over Onsala IBK and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor 04.

Fröjereds comes from Tidaholm which lies approximately 160 km from Varberg, where Warbergsspelen takes place. The area around Tidaholm does also provide two additional clubs participating during Warbergsspelen 2017 (Skara IBK and Skövde ibf).
