In addition to Tvååkers IBK, 27 other teams played in Pojkar 04. They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Tvååkers IBK could be found in Group G together with GS/86, FBC Vinga (Tidigare IF Marin Väst) and IK Zenith 2.

Tvååkers IBK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group G. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Nybro IBK with 0-6. In the Final, Partille IBS 1 won over Surahammars IBF and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 04.
