Utbynäs SK was one of 113 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2018. They participated with 5 teams in Pojkar 08, Pojkar 07, Pojkar 06, Pojkar 05 and Pojkar 04 respectively. The team in Pojkar 05 made it to the the 1/8 Final in Slutspel A, but lost it against STC Kungälv IBK Orange by 2-3.

In addition to this, Utbynäs SK have participated in Warbergsspelen before. During Warbergsspelen 2017, Utbynäs SK had 6 teams playing in Pojkar 08, Pojkar 07, Pojkar 06, Pojkar 05, Pojkar 04 and Pojkar 03 respectively. The team in Pojkar 04 made it to the the 1/4 Final in Slutspel B, but lost it against Surahammars IBF by 0-5.

Utbynäs SK comes from Göteborg which lies approximately 70 km from Varberg, where Warbergsspelen takes place. The area around Göteborg does also provide 30 additional clubs participating during Warbergsspelen 2018 (Among others: Särö seahawks, Landvetter IBK, Pixbo Wallenstam, Hindås IBK, Stenungsunds innebandy, Särö Seahawks IBK, Sandö IBK, Varla IBK, Fjärås, Onsala IBK and Floda Ibk).
