In addition to Lindome IBK, 25 other teams played in Pojkar 03. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Lindome IBK could be found in Group F together with Åsa IF/Viskadalen IBK, Herrestads AIF Haif 03/04 and IBF Norrköping.

Lindome IBK made it to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group F. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against CL98ic, which they won with 2-0. Thereby Lindome IBK won the entire Slutspel A in Pojkar 03 during Warbergsspelen 2018.

Lindome IBK also participated in Pojkar 03 during Warbergsspelen 2017. They reached the 1/8 Final in P03 Slutspel A, but lost it against Växjö IBK with 1-6.
