Sarpsborg IBK was one of three clubs from Norway that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2018. They participated with one team in Flickor 05.

In addition to Sarpsborg IBK, 13 other teams played in Flickor 05. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Sarpsborg IBK Blå could be found in Group B together with Veddige IBK F05/06, FBC Lerum, Kustens IF and Onsala Innebandy.

Sarpsborg IBK Blå continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against IBK Bergum with 1-2. In the Final, Veddige IBK F05/06 won over Pixbo Wallenstam IBF and became the winner of Slutspel B in Flickor 05.

Sarpsborg IBK comes from Borgenhaugen which lies approximately 250 km from Varberg, where Warbergsspelen takes place. Other than Sarpsborg IBK, the club Överby IF does also originate from the area around Borgenhaugen.
