In addition to STC Kungälv IBK, 12 other teams played in Flickor 04. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof STC Kungälv IBK could be found in Group B together with FBC Lerum, Lindås Waves IBK 1, Träslövsläge IF and Lindome IBK.

STC Kungälv IBK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 5:th place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Malmhaug IBF with 0-2. In the Final, Särö Seahawks IBK Särö Seahawks F04/05 won over Lindome IBK and became the winner of Slutspel B in Flickor 04.
