In addition to Fristad Goif, 25 other teams played in Pojkar 03. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Fristad Goif could be found in Group B together with IBK Vänersborg, Lindås Waves IBK, Filipstads IBK and Gantofta IBK.

Fristad Goif continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Kärra IBK with 1-3. In the Final, Lessebo goif 04 won over Warberg IBF 2 and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 03.
