Lockerud IBK was one of 113 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2018. They participated with one team in Flickor 01/02.

In addition to Lockerud IBK, 18 other teams played in Flickor 01/02. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Lockerud IBK could be found in Group A together with Olofströms IBK OIBK F02/03, Träslövsläge IF, IBK Landskrona F02 and Pixbo Wallenstam F02.

Lockerud IBK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against STC Kungälv IBK with 2-3. In the Final, Åkersberga IBF 1 won over Pixbo Wallenstam F02 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor 01/02.

Lockerud IBK comes from MARIESTAD which lies approximately 200 km from Varberg, where Warbergsspelen takes place. Other than Lockerud IBK, the club Skövde ibf does also originate from the area around MARIESTAD.
