In addition to Nybro ibk, 25 other teams played in Pojkar 03. They were divided into 6 different groups, whereof Nybro ibk could be found in Group D together with Borås IBF, Kustens IF and IBF Göteborg.

Nybro ibk continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Warberg IBF 2 with 1-3. In the Final, Lessebo goif 04 won over Warberg IBF 2 and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 03.

Nybro ibk also participated in Pojkar 03 during Warbergsspelen 2017. They reached the final in Slutspel B, but lost it against Västerås IBS U with 2-3 and ended up in second place.
