Hovmantorp GOIF was one of 113 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2018. They participated with one team in Flickor 03.

In addition to Hovmantorp GOIF, 14 other teams played in Flickor 03. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Hovmantorp GOIF could be found in Group C together with FBC Vinga Mariners, Warberg IBF, IBK Vänersborg and Hofterup IBF.

Hovmantorp GOIF made it to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group C. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Träslövsläge IF with 4-5. Thereby Hovmantorp GOIF finished second in F03 Slutspel B during Warbergsspelen 2018.

Hovmantorp GOIF comes from Hovmantorp which lies approximately 180 km from Varberg, where Warbergsspelen takes place. The area around Hovmantorp does also provide four additional clubs participating during Warbergsspelen 2018 (Öjaby Sport IBK, Växjö IBK Utveckling, Öjaby sport and Lessebo goif).
