In addition to Partille IBS, 18 other teams played in Flickor 01/02. They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Partille IBS could be found in Group D together with Onsala IBK, Åkersberga IBF 1 and Skurups IBK.

Partille IBS continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Pixbo Wallenstam F02 with 1-2. In the Final, Åkersberga IBF 1 won over Pixbo Wallenstam F02 and became the winner of Slutspel A in Flickor 01/02.
