Fristad Goif was one of 100 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2019. The team in Flickor 06 made it to the the Semi final in Slutspel A, but lost it against Pixbo Wallenstam IBF by 1-3.

In addition to this, Fristad Goif have participated in Warbergsspelen before. During Warbergsspelen 2018, Fristad Goif had 4 teams playing in Pojkar 04, Pojkar 03, Flickor 07 and Flickor 06 respectively.
