In addition to Forserums IF, 31 other teams played in Pojkar 04. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Forserums IF could be found in Group G together with Warberg IBF 2, IBK Höllviken/Gårdarike IBK and Skara ibk.

Forserums IF continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group G. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Carlshamns IBK with 0-1. In the Final, Carlshamns IBK won over IBF Norrköping and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 04.

Forserums IF also participated in Pojkar 04 during Warbergsspelen 2018. They reached the 1/4 Final in P04 Slutspel B, but lost it against IBK Vänersborg with 1-5.
