Fröjereds IF was one of 100 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2019. They participated with one team in Flickor 05.

In addition to Fröjereds IF, 13 other teams played in Flickor 05. They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Fröjereds IF could be found in Group A together with FBC Engelholm, Tvååker IBK/Vinbergs IBS, Träslövsläge IF and Stenungsund ibk.

Fröjereds IF made it to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group A. Once in the playoff they won every match inluding the Final against Kärra IBK, which they won with 9-0. Thereby Fröjereds IF won the entire Slutspel B in Flickor 05 during Warbergsspelen 2019.

Fröjereds comes from Tidaholm which lies approximately 160 km from Varberg, where Warbergsspelen takes place. Other than Fröjereds IF, the club FagerhultHaboIB does also originate from the area around Tidaholm.
