In addition to Eken IBK, 31 other teams played in Pojkar 06. They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof Eken IBK could be found in Group C together with Rydboholm SK, Warberg IBF Blå and Värnamo IK.

Eken IBK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 2:nd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Malmö FBC P06 MAGENTA with 4-5. In the Final, Värnamo IK won over Malmö FBC P06 MAGENTA and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 06.
