Palmstaden IK was one of 100 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2019. They participated with one team in Pojkar 02.

In addition to Palmstaden IK, 7 other teams played in Pojkar 02. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof Palmstaden IK could be found in Group B together with Lindome IBK, FBC Karlskrona and Warberg IBF.

Palmstaden IK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IBF Norrköping with 1-4. In the Final, IBF Norrköping won over FBC Karlskrona and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 02.

Palmstaden comes from Trelleborg which lies approximately 200 km from Varberg, where Warbergsspelen takes place. The area around Trelleborg does also provide 7 additional clubs participating during Warbergsspelen 2019 (Malmö FBC/Gårdarike IBK F03, Lomma FBC, Åkarps IBK, Malmö FBC, IBK Höllviken/Gårdarike IBK, Malmhaug IBF and Malmö FBC P06).
