In addition to IBK Göteborg, 20 other teams played in Pojkar 03. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IBK Göteborg could be found in Group A together with IBF Norrköping, Forserums IF, Ibk Vänersborg and Veddige IBK.

IBK Göteborg continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Warberg IBF 1 with 1-2. In the Final, Warberg IBF 2 won over Veddige IBK and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 03.
