In addition to IBK Vänersborg, 29 other teams played in Pojkar 08 (Född 2008). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IBK Vänersborg could be found in Group G together with Växjö Vipers Vit, Warberg IBF, FBC Lerum Röd and Sandared Innebandy sällskap.

IBK Vänersborg continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group G. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Dotteviks IF with 1-2. In the Final, Dotteviks IF won over IBK Kungälv and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 08 (Född 2008).
