In addition to Nybro IBK, 16 other teams played in Pojkar 07 (Född 2007). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Nybro IBK could be found in Group B together with Skurups IBK/IBK Genarp, Eken IBK and Rydboholm SK.

Nybro IBK continued to Slutspel A after reaching 1:st place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against Karlstad IBF with 1-4. In the Final, Warberg IBF won over Ibk Vänersborg and became the winner of Slutspel A in Pojkar 07 (Född 2007).
