Borås IBF was one of 112 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2023. They participated with one team in Pojkar 09 (Född 2009).

In addition to Borås IBF, 28 other teams played in Pojkar 09 (Född 2009). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof Borås IBF could be found in Group A together with Tunet IBK, Tranemo IBK, Warberg IBF 1 and Vv84.

Borås IBF continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/4 Final, but lost it against FBC Lerum 2 with 2-3. In the Final, Floda IBK won over IBK Kungälv and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 09 (Född 2009).

Borås IBF also participated in Pojkar 09 (Född 2009) during Warbergsspelen 2022. They reached the final in Slutspel A, but lost it against FBC Engelholm P09 with 3-7 and ended up in second place.

Borås IBF comes from Borås which lies approximately 79 km from Varberg, where Warbergsspelen takes place. The area around Borås does also provide 14 additional clubs participating during Warbergsspelen 2023 (Among others: Floda IBK, Fristad GoiF, Tygriket 99, Hindås IBK, IBK TYGRIKET 99, Sandareds IBS, Hestrafors IF, Sandared IBS, Tranemo IBK and Kinna IBK).
