In addition to the two IBK Elfhög teams, 28 other teams played in Pojkar 10 (Född 2010). They were divided into 7 different groups, whereof IBK Elfhög 2 could be found in Group F together with IBK Oskarström, Kärra IBK Svart and Skillingaryd ik.

IBK Elfhög 2 continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group F. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Warberg IBF 1 with 2-8. In the Final, Warberg IBF 1 won over IBK Kungälv and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 10 (Född 2010).
