CL98 IC was one of 112 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2023. They participated with three teams in Pojkar 07 (Född 2007), Flickor 09 (Född 2009) and Flickor 08 (Född 2008) respectively. Two teams played until Final in Slutspel A; Flickor 09 (Född 2009) won over Onsala IBK by 3-1 and Flickor 08 (Född 2008) won over Warberg IBF by 2-1.

In addition to this, CL98 IC have participated in Warbergsspelen before. During Warbergsspelen 2022, CL98 had 9 teams playing in Pojkar 10 (Född 2010), Pojkar 08 (Född 2008), Pojkar 07 (Född 2007), Pojkar 06 (Född 2006), Flickor 09 (Född 2009) and Flickor 08 (Född 2008) respectively. Three teams played until Final in Slutspel A; Pojkar 06 (Född 2006) won over IK Zenith by 4-3, Flickor 09 (Född 2009) won over Onsala IBK by 3-2 and Flickor 08 (Född 2008) won over Onsala IBK F08 by 4-2.

CL98 comes from Kalmar which lies approximately 250 km from Varberg, where Warbergsspelen takes place. The area around Kalmar does also provide three additional clubs participating during Warbergsspelen 2023 (CL98IC, Nybro IIBK and Nybro ibk).
