Svenljunga IBK was one of 112 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2023. They participated with one team in Pojkar 08 (Född 2008).

In addition to Svenljunga IBK, 14 other teams played in Pojkar 08 (Född 2008). They were divided into 3 different groups, whereof Svenljunga IBK could be found in Group C together with Warberg IBF, FBC Lerum, Lomma FBC and CL98IC.

Svenljunga IBK made it to Slutspel B after reaching 5:th place in Group C. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against Warberg IBF with 2-7. Thereby Svenljunga IBK finished second in P08 Slutspel B during Warbergsspelen 2023.

Svenljunga IBK also participated in Pojkar 08 (Född 2008) during Warbergsspelen 2022. They reached the 1/4 Final in P08 Slutspel B, but lost it against Tranemo IBK with 2-5.

Svenljunga IBK comes from Svenljunga which lies approximately 65 km from Varberg, where Warbergsspelen takes place. The area around Svenljunga does also provide 10 additional clubs participating during Warbergsspelen 2023 (Fristad GoiF, Tygriket 99, IBK TYGRIKET 99, Sandareds IBS, Hestra Skid och Sportklubb, Sandared IBS, Tranemo IBK, Kinna IBK, Borås IBF and Fritsla IF).
