In addition to IBK Elfhög, 31 other teams played in Pojkar 11 (Född 2011). They were divided into 8 different groups, whereof IBK Elfhög could be found in Group A together with Vara IBK, Hultsberg IBF 1 and Lomma FBC P11.

IBK Elfhög continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group A. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Stenungsund ibk with 3-5. In the Final, Gantofta IBK won over Frölunda innebandy 1 and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar 11 (Född 2011).
