Bua IF continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group B. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against IBK Vänersborg with 1-3. In the Final, IBK Vänersborg won over Lindås IBK/Särö IBK and became the winner of Slutspel B in Flickor 07/08 (Född 2007/08).
