In addition to Kinna IBK, 15 other teams played in Flickor 09 (Född 2009). They were divided into 4 different groups, whereof Kinna IBK could be found in Group C together with Warberg IBF, Landskrona Falcons and Tranemo IBK/Hestra SSK.
Kinna IBK continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Landvetter IBK F09 with 1-3. In the Final, Landvetter IBK F09 won over Landskrona Falcons and became the winner of Slutspel B in Flickor 09 (Född 2009). Kinna IBK also participated in Flickor 09 (Född 2009) during Warbergsspelen 2023.
