Onsala IBK was one of 128 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Warbergsspelen 2024. They participated with 10 teams in Pojkar 15 (Född 2015), Pojkar 14 (Född 2014), Pojkar 12 (Född 2012), Pojkar 10 (Född 2010), Pojkar 09 (Född 2009) and Flickor 09 (Född 2009) respectively. The team in Flickor 09 (Född 2009) made it to the the Final in Slutspel A, but lost it against Warberg IBF by 3-7.

In addition to this, Onsala IBK have participated in Warbergsspelen before. During Warbergsspelen 2023, Onsala IBK had 7 teams playing in Pojkar 13 (Född 2013), Pojkar 12 (Född 2012), Pojkar 09 (Född 2009), Flickor 12 (Född 2012) and Flickor 09 (Född 2009) respectively. Two teams played until Final in Slutspel A; Pojkar 09 (Född 2009) won over Warberg IBF 1 by 5-1 but Flickor 09 (Född 2009) lost against CL98 IC by 1-3.

Onsala IBK comes from Onsala which lies approximately 36 km from Varberg, where Warbergsspelen takes place. The area around Onsala does also provide 35 additional clubs participating during Warbergsspelen 2024 (Among others: Landvetter IBK Wings, Pixbo IBK, Warberg IBF, IBK Göteborg, Lindås IBK, Varla IBK lila, Pixbo IBF, Utbynäs SK, Pixbo and VARLA IBK).
