P02 Skåne was one of 36 clubs from Sweden that had teams playing during Selected Player Cup Karlstad 2017. They participated with one team in P02.

In addition to P02 Skåne, 9 other teams played in P02. They were divided into 2 different groups, whereof P02 Skåne could be found in Group B together with P02 Stockholm Nord, P02 Stockholm Öst, P02 Värmland and P02 Västernorrland.

P02 Skåne made it to Slutspel after reaching 1:st place in Group B. Once in the playoff they made it all the way to the Final, but lost it against P02 Göteborg with 3-4. Thereby P02 Skåne finished second in P02 Slutspel during Selected Player Cup Karlstad 2017.
