In addition to Skövde IBF, 19 other teams played in Pojkar Röd B (f.2006-2007) 8-10/4. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof Skövde IBF could be found in Group D together with Sundborns GoIF, Storvreta IBK and Dingtuna Orange.

Skövde IBF continued to Slutspel B after reaching 4:th place in Group D. In the playoff they made it to 1/8 Final, but lost it against Westerviks IBK with 1-2. In the Final, IBK Bergum won over Mullsjö AIS Utveckling and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar Röd B (f.2006-2007) 8-10/4.
