In addition to the two IBK Kungälv teams, 18 other teams played in Pojkar Röd B (f.2006-2007) 8-10/4. They were divided into 5 different groups, whereof IBK Kungälv Svart could be found in Group C together with Onyx IBS, Linköping IBK Ungdom P06 and SK Vide 2.

IBK Kungälv Svart continued to Slutspel B after reaching 3:rd place in Group C. In the playoff they made it to Semi final, but lost it against Mullsjö AIS Utveckling with 2-3. In the Final, IBK Bergum won over Mullsjö AIS Utveckling and became the winner of Slutspel B in Pojkar Röd B (f.2006-2007) 8-10/4.
